bought my mattress 4/27/17, I had a hard time getting comfortable on it, I would rotate it every 2 weeks, n after 2/3 mths it sags n it makes my back n legs ache. I am going to the store tomorrow n exchange it n get a different brand,I paid $450 just for the mattress. My remote is almost standing straight up.it won't let me read the terms of service
