I purchased a Pillow Top Posturpedic Mattress 4 years ago and it sinks on both sides. I can't turn it over because it's a pillow top therefore I have to continually rotate it. I have sent pictures of proof of purchase, the Law Tag on the mattress, the satin tag on the mattress but because it white the sinking doesn't show up in the pictures that well, they want me to remove the mattress and box spring to take pictures of the slats, then take pictures of the box spring and hold a ruler into the mattress because the "hole" has to be deeper then 3" because if it's less is NORMAL BODY INDENTATION.....absurd...a mattress definitely should last longer then 4 years, they know it won't that's why they have 10 year Warranties knowing the will not uphold them.
